Ffmpeg cut video audio out of sync3/24/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() Is there a way in MediaCoder I can take those demuxed files, transcode them and then remux or do I need to go back to the command line for that? I'm thinking I should move on and try another disk (taken is next) and see what happens.īTW, I used tmpg (I think) to demux the m2ts file and the audio and video both report the same length, so it must be something in my encoding settings. Ironman was my second try and its causing all kinds of problems. I started with Wall-e and it worked perfect, great picture, sound, perfect sync. I own 6 blurays (Wall-e, IronMan, Sleeping Beauty, Taken, The Fountain and Pan's Labyrinth). All the non-integer frame rates I tried I entered by editing the profile and reloading it, so they were 30000/1001, 48000/1001 etc. I'm pretty much at a loss here, I even tried going back to GKnot to work on it, but GK wont open an m2ts file Strangest thing is, I used this exact same set of settings and ripping method for another BRD and it worked perfect. And its progressive, for the first 10-15% of the file, its not noticeable, but after that it gets worse and worse. Same deal on all the frame rates, still out of sync. I also tried re-ripping (using DVDFab) the disk, with the "disable HD Audio" option, and came up with a file, same video specs, but the audio was converted to a52, 192 bps. ![]() In addition, I tried frame rates of 24, 29, 30, 47.95, 48 and 60 (in various combinations) with and without interlacing disabled. I used Nero at an abr of 128 for the audio, also tried setting it to cbr128. Since the rate is (23.95x2), I left my setting there and turned off deinterlacing, I also tried setting the rate to 47.95 and disabling the interlacing. Stream 1: Audio, codec trhd, channels 3f2rlfe, sample 48000, bps 320 The original file specs, as found in VLC are: File is 129 minutes and converts in about 50-55. Using a core i7-920 OC-d to 3.5Ghz, I get about 45 fps with this. ![]()
